Literary Agent Lindsay Edgecombe Visits the Columbia Fiction Foundry

Lindsay Edgecombe (photo, left) will visit the Columbia Fiction Foundry on January 10, from 2:00 - 3:30, in the Shapiro Room at the Alumni Center at 622 West 113th Street.  CFF Literary Editor, Cynthia Mullock (MBA '04, LAW '04) (photo, right) will facilitate the session which will focus on Lindsay's insights on the publishing industry. Lindsay graduated in 2004 from Barnard College (Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude), where she edited The Columbia Review. She represents journalists, scientists, internationally best-selling novelists as well as debut novelists, New Yorker cartoonists, and bloggers, among many others.  Lindsay recently developed a crash course, How to Write and Pitch a Book Proposal. You'll have the opportunity to ask all of your publishing questions in the Q&A portion of the event.
